• Vindicated by History: Upon release, reviews were mixed, initial sales were strong but five months later the album was falling off the Billboard 200, and the only song to really chart was Black Sheep Hit "Beth". By the late 80s Destroyer was being reappraised, and is now often considered KISS' best album.
