• Broken Base: The reveal that Ayumu is actually a boy in disguise. Some thought of this reveal as fairly clever due to the fangame being released during April Fools Day. Others found it to be disappointing that they were teased with the promise of a female protagonist only to reveal that the real protagonist was instead another generic, insecure boy. It also doesn't help that many fans were/are pissed with how V3 promoted Kaede as the lead protagonist only to fridge her in favor of her male love interest Shuichi.
• Crack Ship: On the Discord side of the fandom, Marin and Akira (commonly known as Mizuchiya) are quite popular as a couple.
• Ensemble Dark Horse: Marin is considered one of the most popular characters in the cast thanks to her carefree nature and charming personality.
• Memetic Molester: Aruma thanks to being the most flirtatious and sexually active of the cast.
• Vanilla Protagonist: Ayumu. As expected of a standard DR protagonist, Ayumu is seen as passive, insecure, gentle-hearted and quite generic compared to the other students. Apart from the reveal that he crossdressed as a girl, there's nothing in particular that makes Ayumu stand out as a unique character.
