• Anti-Climax Boss: Princess Pinch isn't much harder than the two thieves immediately before, especially if you use the right techniques.
• Difficulty Spike: You got to Rank C- in Survival Mode? You now have two seconds to place each row. C+? Less than half a second.
• Game-Breaker: several of the techniques you can use in VS. CPU annihilate almost everyone else, especially when used in coordination.
• That One Component: Unless you're using a guide, figuring out how to get all of the gems is practically impossible. Special notice go to the 2 gems (what gems they actually are vary between Jade and Ruby) that are locked behind pausing pass the 1st stage in Survival Mode for 5 minutes and playing multiplayer battles and winning 5 sets, with each set lasting until one of players wins 4 times.
• That One Level: you're bound to find one in Flash Columns Mode.
• Viewer Gender Confusion: Jade can look more like the Tomboy part of a Tomboy and Girly Girl combo than the cute little boy he is.
