- Quirky Work: This game is mostly known for how utterly bizarre its premise is. You have to spank or poke a plastic ass sticking out of an arcade cabinet.
- Values Dissonance: To Japanese and Korean (and a lesser extent, Taiwanese) audiences, Kancho is a childish, lighthearted prank. To those unfamiliar with that bit of these countries' culture, it's sexual assault. This may be why the Western versions of the game put more emphasis on spanking instead.
