• Nightmare Fuel: Some of the tracks on the soundtrack (as of demo 2), notably Crazy Bob, Evil Bob, and We Cannot Be Stopped.
• Overshadowed by Controversy: bob's game barely gets discussed as an actual game (in part because it was never finished), and is synonymous with the chaos surrounding its developer and the various stunts he attempted that were seen either as a misguided attempt at Viral Marketing that went off the rails, or an actual series of developer meltdowns. The fact that later demos of the game ended up directly integrating said controversies more into the narrative ensures that the controversy is more or less completely inextricable from the work.
