• Just Here for Godzilla: If you have a favorite YouTuber who guested on this show, chances are you'll be watching the show just for them, and you can expect more to come. Of course, series regular Jake Paul is already a well-known (if controversial) social media star across YouTube, and there are many who watch the show for him.
• Retroactive Recognition:
  • Dez wants to break Paige and Frankie's friendship so that Bizaardvark will shut down just to take the funniest Vuuugle channel away from them.
  • Olivia Rodrigo, who plays Paige, would later become famous for her starring role in High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, along with her pop music career that same year. (Ironically, Paige has some song numbers in the show.)
  • After Vuuugle shuts down, Zane joins a hockey team.
  • Paige's former best friend Izzy is played by Jenna Ortega just before she rocketed to stardom as Wednesday Addams and Tara Carpenter.
• Suspiciously Similar Song: The melody of the "So Dramatic" video is strikingly similar to Adele's "Hello". Also the song "Oops Wrong Emoji" sound similar to "Dear Future Husband" by Meghan Trainor.
• They Copied It, So It Sucks!: It's a Kid Com about two girls who make comedy content on the Internet. It's not surprising that a lot of people have called it an iCarly ripoff. Not to mention, some episode plots and characters are extremely reminiscent of the show — for example, there's a bit where Frankie sticks his head in a crib to look like a baby while the girls torture him, which is extremely similar to the recurring "Baby Spencer" skit on iCarly.
• The Woobie: Both Paige and Frankie in "First!", because no one at their school gets their humor, and they feel like they're also outcasts in Vuuugle as well when their first day did not go right and was fraught with so much bad luck.
  • Bernie is this too. He tries to be an agent to internet celebrities, but never take him in. Even moreso in "Bernie's in Charge", where it's found out he never gets any respect at all. And trying to win Amelia's heart ends up with him humiliated in different ways.
