Ho Yay: Bill and Christopher. They spend all their spare time together, working on their play, and they seem very close. Christopher drunkenly tries to kiss Bill at one point, and he looks very pleased to be embraced by Bill. Christopher even dies in a weeping Bill's arms, and his ghost comes to Bill when he needs help with his play. Christopher helps Bill realise that he can use his experiences of the times they have spent together to write the play, but a tearful Bill is adamant that he can't write it 'without you'.
