• I Knew It!: Fans suggested, upon watching the January 2021 promo before this, that Gloria would move in with the Greens; their wish came true.
• Moral Event Horizon: Chip losing it when he gets banned from Big City, which in turn leads to Cricket and his family nearly getting killed by his chopper.
• Signature Scene: The scene where Cricket almost gets killed by the helicopter and Chip getting slung out of Big City is the most revered part of the episode.
• What Do You Mean, It's for Kids?: A battle for a family's home and legacy is far too intense for younger viewers, but for the scene where Chip goes bonkers and Cricket and the Greens nearly die? This part takes the cake!
• The Woobie: Poor Cricket. He totally feels sorry for himself when he realizes his feud with Chip resulted in the shutdown of Big Coffee, especially when he was led to believe Chip changed his ways and signed that forgiveness contract as well.
