  • Lucy was previously a minor character who appeared for a few scenes in "Big Fat Alien Wedding", so fans wouldn't expect a return from a semi-obscure character like Lucy.
  • Gorvan's appearance is arguably a more surprising example. Unless you played the tie-in Alien Force game, you would have no idea who Gorvan is. Even so, few expected him to be a Canon Immigrant.
