** "I dare not believe the words that I hear" is one of the best imitation [[Creator/WilliamShakespeare Shakespeare]] lines ever, even if it wasn't intentional. What really helps is that ''Film/RevengeOfTheSith'' was very partially based off Shakespeare's ''Theatre/{{Othello}}'', with Anakin and Padmé as Othello and Desdemona respectively.

Asked the Scrappy cleanup thread. Not only is "bad actor" a weak reason, as it focuses on the actor and not the character, another user feels it's just "least liked" as opposed to "most hated".

* TheScrappy: Unfortunately and somewhat shockingly, Yoda / Vanquish Is has become this in the dub. The problem being - according to many viewers - that [[CrosscastRole his voice actress]] [[WhatTheHellCastingAgency isn't as good as the rest of the cast.]]

** Bizarrely, the translation somehow manages to exaggerate the original film's perceived criticisms of the UsefulNotes/GeorgeWBush administration completely by accident. ** In a silly inversion, one would think a Chinese bootleg sub with, ahem, [[TranslationWithAnAgenda a few liberties taken in translation]] would be an intentional anti-American screed especially given the bad guys being re-translated into "the West," but that's just because ''xisi'', the Chinese character for "west," is as close as the language ever gets to "Sith," full of sounds the language just doesn't have. It makes one wonder, though... It's taken further in ''[[https://imgur.com/gallery/RwtUu The Counterattack Collection]]'', where the United States is suggested to be on the side of the Empire, to the point of having its own Star Destroyer!
