A relationship between a high-ranking Psi Cop and a prisoner, which happened off-screen, could easily have started out (or, depending on your politics, must by definition have started) as Sexual Extortion and Prison Rape.
• Special Effect Failure: The camera gets a bit too close to the Book of G'Quan as Garibaldi is flipping through it, letting sharp-eyed viewers (or those using freeze-frame) see that it's mostly made of newspaper shreds.
