Despite the amount of mockery and criticism it gets online, the comic has been one of Patreon's top 10 earners for several years and shows no signs of slowing down.
- Unintentional Uncanny Valley: One of the many criticisms of the comic is that all the preteen characters look more like deformed toddlers, giving most of the strips an off-putting vibe. This was mainly in the comic's earlier days as the art has slightly improved.
