• Draco in Leather Pants: The artist's friend, Cait, who would post comments on pages was fanatically obsessed with Collamair during the first few chapters. Inbetween chapters she would even submit comic summaries of the story thus far from Collamair's perspective to jokingly paint him in a positive light.
• Moral Event Horizon: The first thing Collamair does in the series. Slaughtering Faylin's family before him, forcing him to drink blood from his daughter's severed head, and having the rest of his daughters essentially raped to death or worse by Eanwulf.
• The Woobie: Ohgod Faylin
