YMMV / Alba: A Wildlife Adventure

• Aluminum Christmas Trees: While no app is as accurate as the one in the game, there are cell phone apps that focus on photographing animals and identifying them for scientific purposes. The best-known is probably iNaturalist.
• Nightmare Fuel: Saturday brings a heavy dose of worries: Paco sets fire to the hotel site, with a real risk of the fire extending through the whole island, so the adults decide to evacuate all the children, but while Grandad is distracted Alba runs away after hearing an animal cry. The player then gets control of Grandad as the poor man looks for Alba (a very young child running alone in the middle of a possible forest fire) through the whole island. To bring home the seriousness of the situation, not only is the whole island covered by a tight, oppressive gray fog, but the happy and tropical soundtrack is replaced by Cançó de Bressol, a slow and sad lullaby that does nothing to assure players about Alba's well-being.
