To put it short, he's a constantly grimacing super-cyborg who literally ignores the laws of physics in favor of how cool the crazy stunts he pulls off are, moving around at impossible speeds and having reflexes fast enough to dodge bullets while suspended in midair from Rule of Cool alone, pulling off the Single-Stroke Battle trope with twin automatic pistols, all while dodging everything the Diaper Gang has to throw at him, which includes a fucking rocket from an RPG at borderline point-blank range. And this is just his FIRST scene, as he later goes on to do even more extreme stunts, such as using a pair of shoulder-mounted grapplign hooks to gun down more members of the Diaper Gang while fighting them and their leader, the Diaper King, on an outdoor stairway in the middle of the rain.
