• Harsher in Hindsight: In this fic, Bernadetta’s father killed the commoner boy who tried to befriend her for petty reasons. Come the Cindered Shadows DLC, and suddenly, his reasons for killing him don’t seem so petty anymore, as the commoner boy in question, Yuri, the leader of the Ashen Wolves, was sent to assassinate Bernadetta. Unfortunately, the commoner in this fic is an innocent local in Varley named Owen, so the Count's actions return to being petty again.
• Just Here for Godzilla: The sheer amount of references to the Trails Series (to the point of possibly being a stealth crossover) has drawn in fans of said series who may not be familiar with Fire Emblem otherwise.
