  • "Depths": Artemis dies...but then she doesn't! Aqualad isn't really evil, he's just a mole under deep cover - and only Artemis, Wally, Dick and Kaldur know! M'gann and Superboy broke up because she tried to erase his memory of being mad at her for manipulating people's minds!
  • "Darkest":
    • Kaldur blows up Mount Justice, and Wally starts to wonder whether he's truly a double agent or if he's truly turned.
    • Jaime, Bart, and Garfield are captured by Kaldur's team and it's revealed that Scarab can take control of Jaime's body.
  • "Before the Dawn":

  • "Summit": Aqualad and Artemis are exposed as moles...and then reveal the Light's duplicity, break the Light and the Reach's alliance, incapacitate both the Brain and Black Manta, and get the Reach Ambassador removed from his position in addition to using the meeting to arrange an Engineered Public Confession that destroys the Reach's Villain with Good Publicity act. The Light just gained the War World and the Reach wants to destroy Earth.
  • "Endgame": Wally gets Killed Off for Real, and Darkseid makes his Young Justice debut.

Season 3

  • "True Heroes": Tara is working for the Light and has just infiltrated the Outsiders.
  • "Antisocial Pathologies": Jeff and Gar learn of the Benevolent Conspiracy consisting of Bruce, Dick, Barbara, Tim, Diana, Kaldur, and M'gann. Additionally, Jace turned out to be Evil All Along, was gaslighting Violet to get her away from Brion, and was used to test Granny's theory that Violet could access the Anti-Life Equation. Upon learning that she is and this is why Granny Goodness wanted her, Vandal Savage realizes that he's been played and he should've "Never trust[ed] Darkseid". Jeff quits the team in disgust after seeing that all of the Anti-Light (except the in-space Diana) don't regret their actions and learning of Jace's duplicity.
  • "Nevermore": It turns out the heroes knew that Tara was the spy the entire time, and convince her to disobey Deathstroke's orders and not kill either Baron Delamb or Beast Boy. However, in rage of the revelation and anger at Delamb, Brion executes Delamb and announces himself King of Markovia, and it is later revealed that he was emotionally manipulated by the Markovian ambassador, a metahuman and a secret agent of the Light. But thanks to Cyborg's hacking, the Team was able to reveal Lex's secret control of his company and his part in creating Infinite Inc., and alongside Superboy revealing Luthor's work in Cadmus, removes him from his position in the United Nations. The Anti-Light then reveals their Benevolent Conspiracy to the allied heroes, before electing Black Lightning to be the new leader of the League. And during the celebration at Bilbo's diner, a waitress is seen with a Legion ring.

Season 4

  • "Teg Ydaer!": The Child kills Teekl, severing Klarion's connection to the mortal world.
  • "Og Htrof Dna Reuqnoc!": A Running Gag involving a school bus with the same passengers on board that repeatedly needed saving, and had started to pop up in weirder places (out in space or in another dimension), is revealed to be the result of Klarion using the bus as an anchor to travel through time and space in order to find Zatanna.
  • "Beyond the Grip of the Gods!": The mysterious fugitive that allegedly killed Superboy on Mars is revealed to be Lor-Zod and he's in league with Darkseid. We also have confirmation that Conner and Phantom Girl are trapped in the Phantom Zone, and guess who else is trapped with them. General Dru-Zod himself!
  • "Encounter Upon the Razer's Edge!": General Zod had actually previously escaped in the future, only to be sealed in the Phantom Zone by the newly formed Legion of Super-Heroes, prompting Lor to go after Superboy so the Legion's erasure would ensure his father's success. And now he wants to free his father in the present day.
  • "Odyssey of Death!": Lor-Zod murders Tomar-Re, allowing the female Forager to become his successor as Green Lantern. Lor-Zod's time sphere also breaks, and the Phantom Zone projector is destroyed, forcing him and Ma'alefa'ak to kidnap the Legion and Bart, and force them to fly them away in Bio-Ship.
