Villain Waifu Deku is a My Hero Academia fancomic series by Kimbapchan. A different take on the Villain Deku AU, where Izuku lives a double life as both one of the most powerful villains in the criminal underworld and the supposedly "quirkless" househusband of current number one hero, Bakugou Katsuki.
The story can be found on tumblr and on tapas.
Villain Waifu Deku contains examples of:
- Adaptational Badass:
- Inko Midoriya. She used to be a vigilante, and she currently works with Izuku's villain organization.
- Mitsuki Bakugou. She was Inko's vigilante partner as well as a hitman.
- Rei Todoroki. She's a Pro Hero who is stronger than Endeavor.
- Adaptational Dumbass: Izuku. He's Book Dumb, which is a far cry from his 4th place midterm ranking in canon. He barely passed the General Education Entrance Exam at UA, and he only graduated because he had Katsuki as a tutor for tests and he copied Shinso's homework.
- Adaptational Nice Guy:
- Katsuki. He was never a bully to Izuku, and all of their interactions shows Katsuki as a truly loving and sweet husband.
- Endeavor. He was never an Abusive Parent in this continuity. He was a loving father to his children and is able to easily befriend All For One.
- Adaptational Villainy: Izuku and his organization may target other villains and do good things occasionally, but all members of the organization fully embrace their title of "villains" and show no remorse for any of their crimes.
- Affectionate Nickname: Katsuki calls his husband "babycakes".
- A Lighter Shade of Black: Izuku's Organization. They are unrepentant villains, but their primary goal is to control crimes for the sake of the heroes. They are also targeting an unknown organization that kidnapped and performed experiments on Yaoyorozu.
- Armor-Piercing Response: Let's just say AFO and Izuku didn't take the big reveal well at all.
- Bait-and-Switch: The couple teaches Bomber how to play dead.
- Brown Bag Mask: AFO had this for a while until his face reveal.
- The Cameo: Tsuna and Tatsu as fellow villain bosses working with Izuku.
- Co-Dragons: Todoroki and Momo, the co-founders of the organization.
- Description Cut: "I can't imagine what that monster is doing right now..."
- Dramatic Irony: A lot of the drama and humor is derived from the fact that everyone keeps secrets and only the audience knows all of them.
- The Dreaded: The Big Boss, AKA Izuku.
- Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Despite being a villain, AFO loves his family with all his heart.
- The Faceless: AFO until Katsuki tells him that Izuku is the big boss.
- "Freaky Friday" Flip: One arc focuses on Izuku and Katsuki switching bodies.
- Harsh Word Impact: AFO after hearing his own son insult him .
- Happily Married: Izuku and Katsuki are this.
- He Cleans Up Nicely: When Tomura is accidentally recruited into the organization, both Aoyama and Camie promptly give him a make over.
- Hero Insurance: An Averted villainous version. One of the rule's of Izuku's organization is that any damages that are caused will be paid out of the organization's budget which Todoroki handles. This leads to Izuku and Tamaki having their pays cut because they cause the most expensive carnage.
- In Love with Your Carnage: Himiko falls for Ochako after she brutally kills an enemy.
- And a platonic one later, where All For One and Izuku finally bond after killing some enemies in brutal ways.
- Irony: The fact that AFO is the father of Big Boss, and neither is aware of the other’s secret identity. At least, until later...
- Like Parents Like Son: All For One is Izuku's dad and his mom is also a villain.
- Mind over Matter: Izuku's natural quirk is a form of telekinesis.
- Mood Whiplash: This comic that contains reactions to Izuku being kidnapped by the League of Villains.

- Tamaki of Izuku’s organization is also married to Mirio .
- Todoroki later gets engaged to Inasa.
- Kirishima and Mina are married and have a child.
- Only Sane Man: Todoroki is usually this in regards to the organization.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: One day, Todoroki came into work entirely happy mostly because he just got engaged.
- Playing Both Sides:
- Tomura Shigaraki. He accidentally joins Izuku's Organization and ends up staying on as a member while keeping his role as the leader of the League of Villains. The League of Villains merges completely with the Organization once Izuku and All For One are able to set up their alliance.
- Izuku's Organization is meant to control villains, but he also controls heroes through the use of double agents. Particularly, Kaminari and Todoroki. Izuku has also becomes a Double Agent as Katsuki's part-time sidekick.
- Katsuki. He is the Number One Hero, but he also secretly works in Izuku's organization under the false identity of Hearth.
- Secret Secret-Keeper: Katsuki currently knows that Izuku is the Big Boss, but Izuku is unaware his husband knows.
- Ship Tease: It's implied that Dabi has a crush on Tomura.
- Shout-Out: All For One has a plaque labelled "Do it for them" with his family's pictures on them. It's a reference to Homer Simpson's "Do it for her" plaque in "And Maggie Makes Three".
- Strong Family Resemblance: With the reveal of All For One’s face, it’s clear Izuku got most of his facial and hair features from his dad, just with his mom’s hair color.
- Training from Hell: Inko subjected Izuku this to improve his Quirk. One of the methods was making him hold back knives from stabbing him using only his Quirk, and the number of knives would gradually increase. Another method was to fire a pistol at him so he could do a Bullet Catch.
- Traumatic Superpower Awakening: Izuku’s Quirk awakened when he was being bullied as a child, causing the bullies to suffer from deadly injuries.
- Two-Person Love Triangle: When Katsuki meets the Big Boss for the first time, he finds him very attractive to the point Izuku admits that he’s jealous of his alter ego.
- Walking Disaster Area: Izuku. He is constantly under threat of being attacked by villains because of his marriage to Katsuki, but he usually subjects these attackers to a Cruel and Unusual Death. There's also the data on Izuku's collateral damage which reaches 100,000,000 yen in damage costs.
- Well-Intentioned Extremist: Deku became a villain to protect the heroes.
