PMD Team Aquablaze is a webcomic created by somerandomguynumber1 and was made in 2016. It is also a prequel to Pokemon Across Dimensions which was also made by somerandomguynumber1
Skip is a human who was cast out into the world of Pokemon for unknown reasons. Skip joins up with many pokemon and forms a rescue team who eventually save the world together.

- Animorphism: Skip was turned into a mudkip, previously being a human.
- Bookends: At the start of the comic Flame finds an apple and a wooper takes it before him , at the end he finds an apple at the same place and the same wooper now a quagsire takes it again. Both the start and end of the comic have Flame finding Skip the same way , by tripping on him , and the first 2 and last 2 places both Skip and Flame were at were Apple Forrest and the Eon Inn
- Chekhov's Gun: Jolt's invention Bubble Beam was used to destroy Team Bramble's Machine in the final battle.
- Diary: Skip wrote a diary throughout the story which is later used as a callback to previous events after Skip disappears
- Doppelganger: Skip and Silver are described to look basically identical to each other, so Skip is used as a substitute actor for Silver.
- Final Speech: Flame talks about Skip's impact on him and everyone at the end of the story.
- Gadgeteer Genius: Jolt is basically this trope, being the inventor of the group, making things like Solar panels, the pokemon version of a phone, and bubble beam.
- Mind Manipulation: This is Team Bramble's weapon which they use to control the legendary birds in an attempt to take over the world
- Never Found the Body: The two missing Eon siblings used a mysterious warp card that was cracked, opening a portal which just so happens to share the exact same colors of the portal that the humans opened to the pokemon world, and were never seen after they went through.
- Punny Name: Loads of this. Jolt, Vapoure, and Flare all share the last name of Eon, thus making them Jolt Eon, Vapoure Eon, and Flare Eon. In addition, Val's full name is Val Torian.
- Nightmare Sequence: A dish that was supposed to give everyone dreams about the ones they love the most was made incorrectly, giving everyone nightmares instead turns out it was because there was a Darkrai in the inn overnight.
- No Name Given: The missing Eon siblings are never named, because of the other siblings' naming conventions, their names would most likely be Umbre and Sylv/Leaf/Glac/Esp.
- Oh, Crap!: When Flame reads a diary from a previous human, and learns that Skip will leave eventually.
- Shout-Out: In one of the pages, a parody of The Lorax appears.

Stunt Double: Skip fills in for the role of a character with weirdly similiar circumstances as the original actor was busy being kidnapped - Talking Animal: Every main character is a talking animal.
