  • Historical Villain Upgrade: In real life,[[spoler: Kim Jong-Un is a dictator who international politicians tread carefully around]]. In "The Supreme Leader Arc", he attacks Washington, D.C., something that would be one of the worse case scenarios for the world in real life.
  • Interchangeable Asian Cultures: In "The Supreme Leader Arc, Kim Jong-Un, the leader of North Korea, invites the Presidents over to Guangdong, China, while speaking Japanese, and later is shown to know karate.
  • Non-Standard Character Design: Shaggy has been the only character to be voiced by a real person.
    • Corn Pop is...well, a cob of corn.
