Slimey is an RPG Maker project developed by a RM veteran Celianna. The story tells about a slime who fall in love with a human girl and willing to become a human if he get his true love by only first kiss before the full moon passes.
Produced in RPG Maker VX engine (only one of the fewer projects to produced with VX until the release of VX Ace), Slimey was separated into two different kinds of media: "kinetic novel" and "five-part web series", the latter arguably considered as a feature-length film due to separate parts of it released onto Youtube until the came out of Studio Moonchalk's Distortion, released in 2023. Nonetheless, Slimey became a precursor of the web genre under the name between RPG Maker and Machinima.
