** I don't think the Speed Force exists in the YJ universe, but maybe Wally got sent to the bad future Bart came from. There, he could be given some of Bart's father and aunt's superspeed (though not through the speed force, I guess) since something similar happened in the comics. Plus, it seems like the BadFuture must exist ''somewhere'', since Bart hasn't faded into nonexistence due to being a paradox. (Also goes pretty well with the below theory of there being a "timeline split."
