Predictions for the games ending (Assuming this is the Grand Finale.
  • One of the Blazkowicz sisters will have a love interest not of this world, but rather Argent D'Nur and will eventually depart with him to his home world. Their future child will wear the crown of the Night Sentinals.
  • There will be a time skip where one of the sisters is telling to their child a story of their grandparents exploits (assuming Billy and Anya are not still alive). The child will be named after their grandfather and have dreams and/or like to tell stories of battling aliens so he can be a hero like his grandfather. Alternatively if he's alive in the present day, BJ himself will be the one telling these stories to his grandson.

Fight Clubbing will be part of the story.
  • Since one of the sisters is a Boxing Battler, it seems reasonable that this could show up, even just as a side mission.

The Blazkowicz family actually did live a relatively normal life.
  • It's just that due to the Nazis remaining defiant in parts of the world as The Remnant, the Blazkowicz family couldn't simply sit back and watch, hence why they're fighting again.
    • Partially confirmed, the Blazkowicz have a relatively normal life, but still keep themselves trained and sharp in case the Nazis became a threat again.

Fergus/Wyatt will die.
  • It would serve as a means to tie up the alternate timelines and give B.J.'s lancer closure when it comes to the person who was sacrificed to Strasse's surgery machine.

The choice of which sister will be melee- or range-oriented will rely on player choice

Fergus/Wyatt will gain closure, but not play a major role.
If the player chose to save Fergus, the sisters will have remarks about old "Uncle Fergus" and where he went to retire. If Wyatt was saved, he'll be the President of the new United States.

The Final Boss Will Be Mecha-Hitler Like In Wolfenstein 3D
  • Already senile and half-dead by the 1960's, the Furher has been transformed into a cybernetic monstrosity by the remaining Nazi scientists in a desperate attempt at salvaging their leadership.
    • Jossed. He dies before the events of Youngblood

There will be more signs of the Nazi Regime slowly falling apart
There were hints in the previous games that things were slowly falling apart, though this might mean some rather insanely designed creations would be seen as out of desperation combined with typical nazi thinking, they put such things into service. The above Mecha-Hitler could easily fit in. Same would go for some sort of recurring boss who keeps on being rebuilt with crazier additions.
  • Confirmed, the Nazis have been driven back to Europe, and it's mentioned in dialogue that there's an uprising in Paris and that the Nazis are taking heavy losses trying to reclaim North Africa

The World will be Nazi free in time for the Doom future
The Wolfenstein and Doom franchise has always shared a universe, and both of the re-imagined franchises are no exception. In Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, BJ can recover files pertaining to an "Ubergewehr testing protocol", documenting an energy source from "extra-dimensional microportals", eerily similar to the Argent Energy from Doom.

The sisters will have a signature melee weapon, along with their signature special weapons
The boxing sister will have a hatchet, reflecting her more brutal personality. The sniper sister will have a knife, reflecting her cold-as-ice sensibilities.

The ending will be an epilogue featuring Commander Keen
Assuming that they'll follow the old id lore, one of the sisters will be the mother of Commander Keen. The epilogue will show a young Billy Blaze playing peacefully somewhere.

J. Edgar Hoover will appear in the game
As this is the first Wolfenstein game with the appearance of FBI.
