The entire game never existed. One of the other hosts hallucinated the whole thing.

By all measures, this run was weirder than most. The first couple of days seemed normal enough, but then came Laurel Forest and Engarde (who might have been a past host anyway) turning into a zombie. The next day was the bit with the gravestones, which took Cyan to a place called "Dementia". Then there was the Trial of the Magikarp. And the whole prison break sequence. Cyan just casually walked through walls and across water a few times. And then Y4 turned shiny and also had a Gender Bender. And there were Fakemons. Honestly, "A's latest shady drug" is as good an explanation for this Mind Screw as anything. [Templates like that are forbidden.]
