WMG / The Scarecrow (2000)

Go To

The film takes place in the same universe as The Swan Princess.
The exact time and place that "The Scarecrow" is set isn't specified. It's just a setting vaguely based on Colonial America, filled with blatant anachronisms. "The Swan Princess likewise is set in a vaguely European continent, with technology and styles ranging from the Middle Ages to arguably the 1700s (or later). Brom, or a relative that resembles him, seems to be working at Count Grisham's mill. And of course, the animation for both movies is nearly identical, as they're made by the same people. Not only do Polly and Odette live on the same planet, but they may even live during the same time period on this alternate-Earth, separated only by an ocean.
