The AR Booth would become Help Wanted 2.
Maya got to be the first one to test out what would become the gameplay of Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted 2. In it, Maya goes through what seems to be a normal life, one that she is constantly pushed and gaslit not to question, but eventually finds herself doing the same job over and over with no breaks and no time to question what has happened.

Help Wanted 2 shows our player going through several different jobs in the Pizzaplex, only for the end to reveal we've been stuffed into Maskbot. Here, I'm arguing that even removing the mask does not take us to the real world, only another Matrix layer. Mystic Hippo prompts us to really look at our hands, which are still VR-textured in the "real" Pizzeria, and each minigame we select still puts us in first-person after we simply click on the file. I think that we've been in the STAFFBot system the entire time, continuing our jobs as normal without realizing we're not human anymore and something is very wrong. This would also explain why the STAFFBots need breaks in the FizzyFaz minigames, as they still perceive themselves as human and thus see themselves as entitled to breaks. The mysterious disappearances in Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach aren't random kids being grabbed– it's said that "people" are going missing, not just children; it's people being turned into STAFFBots so that they'll work without pay. The "all-staff meeting" wasn't just a mass-firing, but a mass-mindsweep where Vanny shoved everyone who was questioning her into the system.

This mass virtual mind-prison, however, wasn't ready by the time the Pizzaplex was open, and wouldn't be for several years (as we see human employees in a lot of the stories). So when Maya went in, she got an extremely glitchy variation that eventually killed her as the machine malfunctioned.
