After the "Fire Convoy" arc, we saw sparks of Allspark energy surge on the car as it was towed away. Close contact with Sari's key will likely turn it into Barricade. Optimus isn't his real name
Optimus had some hesitation before he told Sari his name, implying that he made that name up and is hiding his true name. Considering who he was before he became Optimus in previous Transformers media, his true name may be Orion Pax.
