How did Jurati know how to sing "Shadows of the Night", a song that (to her) was hundreds of years old? She learned it from the band.
Note that the band could follow along with the song. As professionals, they'd be familiar with a lot of popular "oldies". Perhaps the band members keep the "sheet music" of all their catalog on tablet computers, which they could pull out in case they get a request for a particular song.
The Borg Queen could have hacked into their catalog, chose the appropriately rousing song, and fed it to Jurati on the fly.
