Future events will include feature new Pokémon.

The game will include special holiday events that allow players to get certain Pokémon depending on the holiday. However, the game could also just increase the likelihood of certain Pokémon appearing like Ghost or Dark-types for Halloween, Ice-types for Christmastime and so forth.

• Confirmed with the first Halloween event, which introduced the Shuppet line.

There will be more areas added.

Each area seems to be populated by specific types of Pokémon (and their respective Snorlaxes seem to prefer berries from those types as well). This will result in new areas being added that will allow players to have easier access to rarer Pokémon types while also presenting more challenges to have stronger teams to get a good score with Snorlax.

• Confirmed with future updates promising new sleep styles in a new area, Lapis Lakeside.

Other possibilities:

• Haunted woods with ghost, dark and either grass or psychic
• Power plant with steel and electric (maybe poison?)
• Islands themed toward certain legendaries
• Lapis Lakeside might be water, ground, bug.
  • Jossed: Lapis is grass/psychic/fighting.
