In Obscured Dolls, we hear about a cat who is accompanying Komorebi. Komorebi was the fox who raised Edward because Talia wouldn't do so properly. Even Ava and Eva were aware of the cat running around with the fox in the castle within their guests, and were probably suspecting that he looked a lot like their father.
