Master Cho was a Prototype for Bo' Rai Cho.
Besides the similar names, both of them were long lived people who trained Earthrealm's warriors for the Mortal Kombat tournament.Episode Plots From the Unproduced Second Season.
- Episode 1: The Elder Gods intervene, reversing Shao Kahn's merging of Earthrealm with Outworld and resurrecting everyone killed by the shadow priests, but Raiden is still Shao Kahn's prisoner in Outworld. Kung Lao, Siro and Taja must team up with Fujin to infiltrate Shao Kahn's Fortress to rescue him. In the chaos Shang Tsung makes his way back to Outworld and Quan Chi and Siann return to the Netherrealm. Afterwards, the Zaterrans and Kreeyans surrender to Shao Kahn out of fear of further retribution, which Shao Kahn accepts on the condition that Vorpax becomes a Breeding Slave to make him an army of Kreeyans, an opportunistic sister of Vorpax forces her to agree so that she can take over and Vorpax is once again returned to the Cobalt Mines
- Episode 2: Shang Tsung returns to his old laboratory, the Flesh Pits, and creates a new warrior to to kill Kung Lao and regain favor with Shao Kahn. Once he is finished, Shang Tsung presents his creation to Shao Kahn, Ermac: an empty vessel ready to be filled with the souls of Shao Kahn's vanquished enemies, in a body completely loyal to the Emperor.
- Episode 3: Quan Chi resurrects the soul of Noob Saibot, but now instead of a body made of oil his body is made of shadow, and as a shadow he needs a host body in order to fight. Quan Chi recruits a demon to bond with Saibot and sends them to attack Kung Lao and Company. Ultimately the demon is killed and Saibot returns to the Netherrealm and waits for Quan Chi to provide him with a superior host.
- Episode 4: Sub-Zero returns to the Trading Post, explaining that the Lin Kuei are hunting him for desertion. Smoke attacks the trading post looking for him, Kung Lao, Siro and Taja defend him. It culminates in a one on one fight between Sub-Zero and Smoke that seems to end with both of their deaths.
