The donut cat squishy in Squishy Makeovers episode 14 is detrans.

The cat is referred to as "he", and originally had a very unfortunate tail placement. It then gets the awkward tail cut off and repositioned and has its fur repainted as calico, a coat makeup exclusive to females. At the end of the process, it is still referred to as "he".
