The journal framing device is going to become a problem later on.
Miles' inner monologue in this book is presented as an in-universe journal he's keeping. If it falls into the wrong hands, someone could read it and learn all about Miles' secret identity, his friends and loved ones, and even some other superheroes' secrets. That's a lot of material that a villain could exploit.
  • Semi-confirmed. Dutcher finds the journal, but ultimately decides not to do anything with the information.

Norman Osbourne will set himself free
In Ultimate Spider-Man he has never been someone else's pawn. In the main universe, he has been Iron Man's pawn during Civil War (2006)... and he made him pay for it. And if that's the revenge of a regular dude, just wait until Norman has his.

Ultimatum (the character) devastated the Ultimate Marvel universe
That's why he has the stuff of The Ultimates. That ties in with the recent arrival of The Maker in his home universe, seen in Venom (Donny Cates), who finds a devastated city and the heroes apparently missing. Ultimatum will send Miles to that Universe, leading to a conflict with the Maker.
