Dillman from Operations is a Stark mole
In episode three, Tony Stark openly expresses contempt for GRUMBL's corporate culture and vows to destroy their multinational conglomerate. Two episodes later, M.O.D.O.K. calls Stark a "wet bitch" in a private meeting and sure enough, the insult works its way up to Iron Man's radar by the end of the episode. Perhaps anyone in that meeting was amused by the insult and mentioned it elsewhere; but Dillman's abrupt exit right as M.O.D.O.K. wraps up his pitch is quite irregular. Maybe the cheating excuse was a cover story, and Dillman was actually running off to report to Stark that M.O.D.O.K. was coming for him?
