The game's ending will lead into the events of The Last Crusade.

Given that The Great Circle is explicitly described as taking place prior to The Last Crusade, we could possibly see the former's ending make a nod to the latter's opening scene, with Indy tracking down the Cross of Coronado and/or Panama Hat with it.
