Jeanne Alter is working as a hostess to buy a gift for someone
The second episode's summary states that Jeanne Alter gets a job as a hostess in City M, which seems to based on the Carnival Phantasm segment where Saber is working as a cafe maid to buy a gift for Shirou. Jalter is most likely going to do the same thing for another Servant.
  • Confirmed. The QP were gathered to buy Christmas gifts for the kid servants.

Caster Gilgamesh's episode will be focused on him as a workaholic
The promotional art for the upcoming OVA shows Caster Gilgamesh among the other characters, implying he'll have a segment about him. In the Babylonia chapter, he ends up dedicating so much effort to preparing against the Three Goddess Alliance and Tiamat that he dies from exhaustion. Fate/Grand Carnival might characterize him as a workaholic searching for work to do in Chaldea while not farming or stopping singularities.

Taiga Dojo will return as "Jaguar Dojo"
The third visual art shows Jaguar Man and Sitonai, pseudo-servants in the bodies of Taiga Fujimaru and Illyasviel from Einzbern, who are characters from Fate/stay night and the Taiga Dojo segment from both the visual novel and Carnival Phantasm. This means that a Taiga Dojo-esque segment will be part of the series, named Jaguar Dojo after the Taiga Pseudo-Servant.
  • Confirmed.

Grail/Seihai-kun segments will return.
While it hasn't been featured in promotional art, Grail-kun has been featured somewhat in the game as a chocolate statue during Semiramis' Valentine event. Since segments could be short at times, Grail-kun may return. Question is... who's gonna beg for their problems?

One episode will focus on a day with the Count of Montes Cristo and his quest to "protect" Gudako.
We see from the opening that Dantes has a giant wall of monitors to observe Gudako so the episode will go into detail about just how extensive that surveillance system really is. The Count will act all edgy and hammy as usual while keep alternating between his job as a proper bodyguard and a crazy stalker that could put the Stalker Trio to shame. The episode will end with his Signature Laugh after a monologue.

The various things that Ereshkigal will do for her streams.
We all know during the Jaguar Dojo preview that Ereshkigal's live stream is gonna be in the next episode. The question is, what exactly will go down aside from what we've seen in the opening?

Moriarty's other customers
As an alternative to the Grail-kun segments, J. Moriarty's Laughing Bartender, a reference to The Laughing Salesman (Another series by Fujiko Fujio), seems set up to be the Grail-kun of Grand Carnival so far. Who else will stop 'round the Spider's Web Bar?
  • Kiyohime trying to get Gudako's love reciprocated.
  • Dantes may stop by if some of the promo art was anything to go by.
  • Andersen could probably stop by while in some writer's rut...though he gets some roasts in on him first.
  • New arrival Fae Knight Gawain aka Barghest probably would want to stop by to think about how to suppress her urge to devour her lovers.
  • It's confirmed to be Charles Babbage. For what problem, we do not know yet, but it may be related to Frankenstein.
    • Confirmed to be Frankenstein related.

The "only two seasons" thing is an experiment by Lerche.
Now call me a conspiracy theorist, but I honestly believe releasing only two seasons of this anime seems rather suspicious. They only release the Olympics on New Year's 2021, and they only announce two seasons? Hell, even Jaguar Warrior seems to be complaining about it if the 2nd Season PV is anything to go by. Now, this might end up being Biting-the-Hand Humor on the count of the animation studio, but on the other hand...I believe this whole "only two seasons" thing was just some sort of experiment to gauge interest in a new "Carnival" series. Now, this could just be because they couldn't get enough budget for more episodes, or they couldn't complete 12 episodes in a reasonable timeframe because of the pandemic, rendering this completely Jossed. But until then, I stand by the notion that they're off to work on more Grand Carnival episodes after the positive response to Season 1.
