But Rapunzel is a Guardian of Flora, and so is Briar Rose, who is a member of the Red Riding Hood Sisters; if the Guardians are acquainted, then that's the connection. In fact, it's entirely possible that when Rapunzel and Ross take Belladonna out of Floralia (in the Sword ending of Ballad of Rapunzel), they take her to the Red Riding Hood Sisters to see if Briar Rose can help her gain control of her powers. Rapunzel could well have been at RRH headquarters the whole time.
