Izuku will Ascend to a Higher Plane of Existence and become an angel after he defeats the Devil King
- In the final paragraph of Chapter 1, the angel who sends off Izuku and Aqua wishes "for the day [he] gains his wings," and the narration mentions that many in Heaven are waiting for him.
Alternatively, Izuku will use his wish to return home so he can finally become a Pro Hero with his Druid powers
He will return just in the moment where All Might accidentally killed him, and he will either dodge the Smash or use his plants to shield himself.- Additionally, all the girls in his harem will end up being reincarnated as fellow Hero students. Some possibilities are:
- Megumin as Ochako Uraraka.
- Chika as Gender Bender Fumikage Tokoyami.
- Liza as Setsuna Tokage.
The version of 'KonoSuba' that Izuku now lives in is a composite with Rising of the Shield Hero.
It has hatred against Demi-Humans and Slave Seals. It makes sense.
