Momo is Chakravartin's reincarnation.
On top of having a natural affinity to Wrath mantra, she seems to also have a Tenth form of Mantra called "Divine Mantra", characterized by shining gold light not unlike the Golden Spider's thread.While it is possible that Chakravartin's original self was able to survive in some way — having communicated with Izuku in his dream as he becomes Vajra Vlitra Izuku — it is likely that Momo has no knowledge of her true self. The fact that her quirk is "Creation" could also be a hint that she has the power of a Creator God like Chakravartin.
