Yummy Breakfast is a Disguised Horror Story Freeware Game created in March of 2021, by Healy.

You play as Susan, a hungry girl just trying to make herself some breakfast. The gameplay is quite simple: Just walk around the house, finding things to eat, hoping to satisfy your hunger. Though short, the game manages to be quite creepy at points, and comes with a twist ending.

Tropes found in this game:

  • Big Eater: Susan won't stop eating. Her hunger constantly lingers, and no matter what she eats, she doesn't get any less hungry, forcing her to eat more and more.
  • Creepy Basement: Her basement is dark and has strange things on the walls, such as bloody handprints and an axe. There's a door that leads to an unknown room, and even Susan finds it to be really creepy, initially refusing to see what's behind it. The door leads to a long, dark hallway where a girl is trapped, with dirty, bloody floors and concrete walls.
  • Disguised Horror Story: The game starts out cute and simple, with a girl just trying to make herself a "yummy breakfast". It takes a turn for the creepy as she gets more and more desperate for food, resorting to eating live animals and a girl.
  • Horror Hunger: Susan's simple hunger devolves into this once she realizes her breakfast hasn't satisfied her, realizing she needs meat and at the very end regains the memory that she's a monster that requires human flesh.
  • Identity Amnesia: Of a sort. Susan remembered her own name, but forgot the fact that she is a flesh-eating monster.
  • Tomato in the Mirror: Susan spends the whole game thinking she's just a normal girl who can't get full, until she suddenly remembers that she's a flesh-eating monster.
  • Too Desperate to Be Picky: The more she eats, the more desperate she gets. It starts out normal, with pancakes. She soon resorts to having soup for breakfast. When that doesn't work, she realizes she needs meat, and eats, in order: A dried fish, a raw, live chicken, and a person. She can also eat a rabbit if the player interacts with it, admitting that she's hungry enough to justify it.
  • To Serve Man: It turns out that Susan is a flesh-eating monster overcome with amnesia. When she eats a girl trapped in her cellar, she realizes that the only thing to satiate her is people.
  • Twist Ending: Susan is a flesh-eating monster, revealed in the last seconds of the game.
  • The Unreveal: How did Susan forget that she wasn't human? It's never established.
  • Wham Line: In the bluntest way possible.
    Susan: Oh. I forgot. I'm a flesh-eating monster.
