A modern tycoon-style simulation & management game where you design, build, and manage an airport.
SimAirport is a space-management simulation game developed and published by LVGameDEV LLC and released on February 28, 2020 for Steam.

The game tasks the player with building and managing an airport. The player must take every factor into account including hiring and paying employees, keeping tight security, making sure flights arrive and depart on time, and making sure that passengers have a good experience at the airport.

The game features a Career Mode that tasks the player with building a very large and intricate international airport that is both efficient and profitable as well as a Sandbox Mode where the player can build an airport without the restrictions of profit and efficiency seen in the Career Mode.

This game provides examples of:

  • An Entrepreneur Is You: You need to build an airport and take into account everything that is needed to run an airport. You need to pay all employees, set rates so that the airport runs profitably, has a functional security area and baggage claim, has enough gates for planes to take off and land, makes sure planes arrive and depart on time, keep business contracts with airlines in place, and keep passengers satisfied during their time at the airport.
  • Bland-Name Product: None of the airlines featured in the game are real airlines in any country.
  • Wide-Open Sandbox: Sandbox Mode allows the player to free build an airport without the business management aspects of Career Mode.
