Level UP Mario's Minigames Mayhem is a fangame based on the Level UP sprite animations, particularly those related to Mario himself. The premise of the game is simple; you get to tackle all the challenges Mario has faced in the YouTube channel's history and try to outwit the foes laid before him.

This fangame contains the following tropes:
- Adapted Out: All dialogue spoken by characters in the recreations is not included, though Hat Goomba arriving to save Eyepatch Goomba is still included at the end of the "The Great Pyramid of Goomba" recreation.
- Anti-Frustration Features: Via the options menu, you can set the option to have unlimited lives and checkpoints in the levels, which don't normally have them.
- Mini-Me: The playable recreation of "Mario vs. The Tiny Goomba Maze" has you play as Mario shrunk down thanks to the Mini Mushroom that fell on him.
- Schizophrenic Difficulty: The difficulty of the recreated levels can vary depending on what Mario had to face before. Naturally, thanks to several of these having pretty difficult challenges, you'll have to put out your A game to overcome them.
- Uniformity Exception: As of the demo, the fourth and final playable level is simply a recreation of the original World 1-1, with no strings attached. That said, the link to watch a video about it instead leads to "Mario's World 1-1 Calamity".
