Dungeon Blitz is a 2D-[[UsefulNotes/AdobeFlash Flash]] [[CasualVideoGame Casual]] side-scrolling {{MMORPG}} developed and published by Blue Mammoth Games. The story is focused on a city that sits on a crossroads between the Human World and the Sleeping Lands, an underworld of legendary creatures and civilizations whose time of grandeur have passed. The crossroads is only a few of the places on this world where the Sleeping Lands still cross into the Human World. As an adventurer in Dungeon Blitz, you will journey underground into various dungeons and locales, the Sleeping Lands, and various other locations to unlock the mystery and secrets of the world as well as fixing the problems of the populace.

As an adventurer, you can either be a Paladin, Rogue, or Mage. Paladins focus on having high HP-totals, high defense, and area-of-effect damaging skills. Rogues focus on maximizing melee DPS and debuffing. Mages focus on outputting long-range (magic) damage. Though, all classes can utilize long-range attacks, only mages can maximize their long-range damage potential. Every class has their own unique sets of equipment and skills.

Like most other [[{{MMORPG}} MMOs]], the key to advancing is to kill monsters, complete quests for EXP and Gold, kill bosses, and gain loot (both gold and item drops). Thankfully, this process and the RPG-elements are streamlined to focus on the action-portion of the game. In fact, for the most part, the RPG-elements take a back seat to the action-elements. Just good 'ol fashioned hack-and-slash mixed together with RPG-elements.

* InUniverseGameClock: The time of day changes in-universe. Depending on what time it is, the monsters that spawn may vary in strength and/or number.
* LizardFolk: The main type of enemy present in Swamp Road.
* LuckilyMyShieldWillProtectMe: Paladins have a shield for their offhand equipment slot which increases their defense greatly.
* KnifeNut: Rogues' offhand weapons are usually these.
* MoneySpider: Every enemy has a chance of dropping gold - even if they are non-corporeal.
* MookChivalry: Averted. If in aggro range, enemies will rush to aid their comrades. They will continue to chase you even if you leave the screen.
* NonLethalBottomlessPits: Falling off the screen won't kill you nor damage you. It's never explained how the player gets back up though.
* NoobCave: The Goblin Hideout in River Road.
