Uncle Fred

In the "Arthur" special "Arthur's Perfect Christmas," D.W. encounters Uncle Fred while he's shaving and thinks he's Santa. He gives her a little "Ho ho, well, hello there," then nicks himself shaving. When Arthur comes by moments later, his face is now covered in toilet paper scraps from nicks.
