Overexposed Wacky Delly Film

One of Ralph's attempts to sabotage "Wacky Delly" to get him out of his contract is to walk into the camera room while Rocko, Heffer and Filburt are trying to put the film into its can, thus overexposing it. He even has a searchlight with him to make extra sure. Like every other sabotage attempt, it just makes the show better.
