Rohan wins

Rohan's stand, Heaven's Door, lets him turn anyone who sees his manga manuscript into a human book he can manipulate. Having already snared Okuyasu and Koichi, Josuke attempts to bullrush the artist with his eyes closed to protect himself. Rohan pries them open by mocking Josuke's hair, flashes the manuscript, and smugly declares victory, then he gets his face caved in. Turns out the target needs to be paying attention for it to work and pressing Josuke's berserk button worked a little too well.
