Elizabeth Anne Ford (nee Bloomer, formerly Warren, April 8, 1918 - July 8, 2011) was the First Lady of the US from 1974 to 1977, previously serving as second lady from 1973 to 1974. She also founded the Betty Ford Center.
She was married to William Warren and Gerald Ford, and had four children with Ford.
Ford died in 2011 at the age of 93 from natural causes.
