The Admiral is a female resident of the United States and still a fairly new Troper. She is... well... yeah, never mind that.
She has a tendency to come up with examples and then realize that her example is already on the page. (She is also very fond of sarcastic, parenthetical sentences in her writing... but she'll try to keep it under control for the sake of the wiki.) She also has a tendency to switch from third- to first-person, but she's working on it.
She likes kittens (and Suzumiya Haruhi No Yuutsu, and Ouran High School Host Club, and The Dresden Files, and Fringe, and Harry Potter, and anything written by Terry Pratchett, and Pushing Daisies, and Life On Mars [but not the American one, plskthnx], and Sandman, and Watchmen, and Nextwave, and Neil Gaiman books, and Runaways and Lord Of The Rings, and Firefly and Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel and probably Dollhouse [all right, so just about everything by Joss Whedon] and... uh... Supernatural and Doctor Who.
