I'll tell you right away, I am not good with introductions. Usually it's because if I write it off the cuff, it will look like, "Yeah, this happened, and this happened, and that happened, and that was pretty cool," which is kind of how I actually talk. On the other hand, if I try to write something only a heavily-rehearsed script would provide, it would seem painfully artificial. Maybe with practice I'll get better at it.
