94. Adams later gave an interview explaining that the reasoning for his departure was due to his son catching swine flu and his family moving out of New York to be closer to his in-laws.

These examples don't have anything to do with 5d's anime, and are already covered in Tag Force's respective pages.

* BadExportForYou: Present in the ''Tag Force'' games, wherein the export removes the voiced content and has glitches not present in the Japanese version (such as in ''Tag Force 5'', where the Machine Emperor's summoning cinematic won't register in the photo gallery).

** ''Tag Force 6'' debuted waaay back in 2011. Neither hide nor hair has been seen of an English release.

* {{Defictionalization}}: Jack's 3000-yen Blue-Eyes Coffee was actually sold in real life at a themed cafe hosted in 2016 for the franchise's 20th anniversary. It also came with a free sandwich, so unlike him you're actually getting your money's worth.

Though this isn't as extreme as the other two, as he also voiced Alister, Kaiba's EvilCounterpart who also rode a motorcycle.

* IKnewIt: One of the many EpilepticTrees surrounding the Tenors, and was revealed to be true in the anime, [[spoiler: was that the three are the same being, each of them representing a period in the life of the same person. They are, and they do, and that person is Aporia]].

* IronyAsSheIsCast: While the dubbed versions of series in the ''YGO'' franchise reusing voice actors is nothing new, ''5Ds'' really seemed to be trying to maximize the irony of its casting as much as possible:
** Creator/DanGreen, the voice of none other than the original hero(es), now voices Trudge, who starts out as a ''villain''.
** Creator/GregAbbey went from voicing Tristan, part of the GreekChorus who gets called out for lying about being some champion duelist when he's not even a duelist at all, to voicing the hero and champion in every dueling tournament.
** Creator/TedLewis, formerly known as the gentle, soft-spoken Bakura, now plays the series' Kaiba counterpart -- LargeHam, BadassBiker and former KingofGames Jack Atlas himself.

* RelationshipVoiceActor:
** We know that Yusei and Kiryu are friends. And they were best friends before the bad stuff happened to Kiryu. Their German voice actors are Wanja Gerick and Tommy Morgenstern, who voiced [[Manga/DragonBall Krillin and Son Goku]], respectively.
** In the English dubbed version, thanks to Creator/FourKidsEntertainment recycling their actors a ton, we have Yusei as [[Anime/YuGiOh Tristan]], Jack Atlas as [[Anime/YuGiOh Bakura]], Ushio as [[Anime/YuGiOh Yami]], and (early on) Rex as [[Anime/YuGiOh Grandpa]]. Aki's VA is also Mai Valentine's [[TheOtherDarrin Season 4 voice]], and the Dark Magician Girl ([[MsFanservice notice a trend?]]).

** Aki is a possible case of this for her [[VoiceActors voice actress]], Creator/AyumiKinoshita. Look her up on Wiki/TheOtherWiki and one of her few other roles is Jasmine of ''Series/TokusouSentaiDekaranger'', who also has psychic powers.
